How I treat my learners
In my opinion the most essential point of teaching mathematics is to signify the beauty and the clarity of the subject when valuing the learning speed of an individual student. I rely on trusting in each student, that each one has the ability to comprehend and do the maths introduced to him or her. I strongly believe that the purpose of lesson is to provide each student with skill-sets and good sense to succeed and work in society. That is why I prefer to serve my students with respect as well as to be just as helpful as I can be in the learning process while provoking them to find other ways of thinking and fresh ideas and principles. I will take into account each specific scholar's needs reasonably of what exactly is real and what tools are available in the classroom. I will look for to spend as much or more effort and time as I await from my students. I will accept that I get as much to learn every year like my learners, and I will be adaptable enough to receive critique and open to new forms of training in an effort to reach all of the learning styles.
Mentoring and learning together
I view my role at this spot as an authority figure, much in the same way their actual school teachers are, but also as a special provider of back up and assistance. My job is that of a guide simply because I don't teach a full day of classes as my chief teacher does, thus I will be a source the students can use to obtain supplementary advice as well as can rely on when it comes to encouragement. My task is also that of a scholar, so I view myself as a prolongation of my students, I am learning through them what it really means to be a good maths teacher.
My teaching methods
In contrast to lots of tutoring associations in the suburb of Downer, during the normal school year, I actually represent the content that the student gains in his/her classroom. In other words, I won't demand that learners do additional worksheets and homework that are not actually component of the student's maths lesson, though instead, I coach the student in parts of his/her maths class which may be really difficult as clarity and intensity of understanding, applying of models, and test-taking strategies. Everything I do is referred closely to helping the student to better perceive the information from the mathematics program they are getting and to enhance the grade in that class.
